Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design, Qualification, Metallurgical, Corrosion, Chemical and Mechanical Lab Testing (Fatigue, Tensile, Hydrogen Embrittlement, Adhesion, Micro Sectioning, Hardness, Porosity,
  • Titration, Corrosion, Fluid Compatibility, Impact, Wear, etc.)
  • Design Engineering (FEA, Fatigue)
  • Engineering Drawings (AutoCAD)
  • Solid Modeling (SolidWorks, ProE, and/or CATIA)
  • Robot Programming (Fanuc and/or ABB products)
  • Technical Data Publication and Review
  • Perform other duties as requested

Candidate Skills & Capabilities

  • Computer Aided Drafting / Solid Modeling
  • Technical Writing
  • Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
  • Metallurgical, Mechanical, Chemical and Corrosion Testing a plus
  • Material, Chemical and Environmental Analysis a plus

Education and Experience Required

  • Do you have a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical, or Material Science and Engineering from an accredited university or college? Master’s Degree is a plus.
  • Entry Level to 8 years of related experience
  • Aerospace Industry experience a plus

  • Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen.
