Software Developer - Clearfield, Utah

General Summary:

Responsible for performing software development of web-based and stand alone business information systems in support of ES3's engineering projects. Successful candidate must have solid software engineering fundamentals and extensive experience developing web applications. Project Engineer/Manager - Warner Robins, Georgia

General Summary:

Responsible for performing day-to-day operational project management of all activities and functions as well as project engineering tasks for one or more of the following: Aircraft Systems, Aircraft Structures, Avionics, Engine and Propeller, Landing Gear, Aircraft MRO Activities, and Material & Process Research and Development. Successful candidates must demonstrate the ability to apply aircraft engineering principles and related disciplines to problem solving applications in a team-oriented work environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform review of detailed manufacturing plans, drawings and qualification test plans
  • Conduct electrical, chemical and/or mechanical testing for aircraft and Materials and Process development
  • Manage projects to include budgeting, report writing, customer interaction and tracking
  • Identify opportunities for business development to grow business content with associated or new projects and customers to include Proposal Writing
  • Design, Qualification, Lab Testing (Structural, Electrical/Avionics, and/or Chemical)
  • Design Engineering (FEA, Fatigue, and/or Avionics related)

Aircraft Technician - Warner Robins, GA

General Summary:

Responsible for day-to-day operational project activities and maintenance technician tasks for Robins Air Force Base. Responsible for on-time delivery to customers executing production schedules as well as communicating with operators, management, and engineering. Perform specialized Technician duties to include hands-on aircraft maintenance and operating machinery. Work with Engineering and Technicians to identify and establish process improvements, cost reductions, time standards, technical manuals and repair and overhaul of aircraft and their components.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop manuals and accomplish repair and overhaul aircraft technician activities related to U.S. Air Force aircraft including vertical lift aircraft
  • Fabricate, assemble, and install prototype equipment on a large variety of aircraft ranging from single-engine airplanes to complex, multi-engine turbojets, and helicopters
  • Install prototype equipment on aircraft and make modifications to the existing airframes
  • Coordinate with project engineer personnel throughout the project and provide technical assistance to project engineers, contractors, and factory representatives
  • Perform sheet metal repairs to a variety of aircraft
  • May be required to accompany aircraft on project flights away from the work site and perform aircraft maintenance at various locations

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Familiar with military technical manuals, technical orders, modification work orders and blue prints
  • Able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and rudimentary drawings
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of sheet metal materials and repair techniques
  • Knowledge and experience using tools and equipment associated with a sheet metal shop such as protractors, calipers, pitch gauges, crimping tools/machines, forming machines, gas and heli-arc welding machines, lathes, milling machines, saws and drilling presses
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to interact with customer levels and all management levels
  • Must be a self starter, detail oriented, possess excellent organizational skills, and be able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, Word)
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented work environment

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in aircraft repair and overhaul. C-5, C-130, and HH-60 experience a plus. Avionic experience a plus.

Part-Time Administrative Assistant - Warner Robins, GA

General Summary:

Provide administrative support to a department and/or Manager. Duties include clerical, receptionist and project based work. This position is part-time (24-30 hours per week).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct callers to appropriate person
  • Prepare memoranda, correspondence, reports, and researching information
  • Sign for front office packages and sort and distribute mail and received shipments
  • Coordinate the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc)
