Project Engineer - Clearfield, UT (Full-Time)

Responsible for performing a variety of mechanical engineering functions to include, but not limited to, classical stress analysis, finite element analysis, modeling, aircraft system level requirements analysis, and fatigue analysis on a variety of military platforms. This position also requires the candidate to conduct reliability/maintainability (R&M) analysis, reliability centered maintenance (RCM) analysis, and the ability to take these products and find solutions to support long term sustainment efforts for the customer. R&M and RCM long term solutions may require system level interface design capabilities in electromechanical devices for fuel system, environmental control systems, and pneudraulic systems. This is a multi-faceted position that requires a variety of engineering skills. Applicant must be a good problem solver, be self-motivated and work well in a team-oriented environment.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Test fixture design
  • Perform reliability maintainability analysis
  • Perform reliability centered maintenance analysis
  • Conduct trade studies
  • Determine interface requirements, find replacement components, design modification to enable new components to interface with existing systems

Project Engineer - Warner Robins, GA (Full-Time)

Responsible for performing engineering projects for one or more of the following: Aircraft Systems, Aircraft Structures, Engine and Propeller, Landing Gear, Aircraft MRO Activities, and Material & Processing R&D. Demonstrate the ability to apply aircraft engineering principles and related disciplines to problem solving applications in a team-oriented work environment; the ability to quickly develop a working knowledge of design allowable and structural modeling as it relates to Aircraft Structures, Landing Gear Systems, Engine and propeller systems; perform review of detailed manufacturing plans, drawing and qualification test plans; conduct mechanical testing, chemical and environmental analysis for M&P development; work in a team environment and have excellent communication skills. Must be able to interact with: engineers, subcontractors, team members, and customers in a collaborative manner.

What You Will Be Doing on the Job

  • Design, qualification, chemical and mechanical lab testing (fatigue, adhesion, micro sectioning, hardness, porosity, titration, corrosion, fluid compatibility, etc.)
  • Design engineering (FEA, fatigue)
  • Engineering Drawings (AutoCAD)
  • Solid Modeling (Solid Works, ProE, and/or CATIA)
  • Robot Programming (Fanuc and/or ABB)
  • Technical Data Publication and Review
  • Perform other duties as requested

Aircraft Maintenance - Clearfield, UT (Full-Time)

ES3 is looking for Mechanics experienced in Aircraft Structural Repairs. Our initial focus will be on F-16 Aircraft Repair and F-16 Wing Overhaul. We will perform Wing Overhaul work in our Clearfield, Utah facility. We also anticipate sending field teams world-wide to work on Aircraft. The Mechanics could be dedicated to the In-House Overhaul or the Field Team Work or a combination of both. Mechanics that choose to only perform Field Team Work would be able to travel from wherever they currently reside to the work site.

ES3 is not currently hiring Mechanics at this time. We are only trying to locate a pool of potential applicants.
