Administrative Assistant - Clearfield, UT (Full-Time)

General Summary

Provide office/administrative support to staff and/or Manager. Duties include receptionist, clerical, and project based work.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct callers to appropriate person
  • Sign for front office packages, sort and distribute mail and received shipments
  • Coordinate the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc)
  • Maintain office calendar and office & break room supplies
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Prepare reimbursement requests to include: cash, business meal, travel expense, manage petty cash
  • Prepare and submit purchase requests from staff, engineers, tooling and consumable items, obtain quotes as necessary for purchases
  • Perform limited receiving duties, complete receiving reports, update tracking system, distribute received products
  • Responsible for office filing and storage duties
  • Responsible for on-site asset management
  • Must be flexible on working hours if needed
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

  • Basic reading, writing, and math skills required

Project Engineer - Clearfield, UT (Full-Time)

General Summary

Responsible for performing a variety of mechanical engineering functions to include, but not limited to, classical stress analysis, finite element analysis, modeling, aircraft system level requirements analysis, and fatigue analysis on a variety of military platforms. This position also requires the candidate to be able to read and produce detailed drawings for component and system level designs. This is a multi-faceted position that requires a variety of engineering skills. Applicant must be a good problem solver, be self-motivated and work well in a team-oriented environment.

Mechanical Designer - Clearfield, UT (Full-Time)

General Summary

Provide accurate and timely 3-D models using Pro-E or Solidworks. Develop and design masking fixtures and tools. Work closely with the Machinist/Fabrication specialists and other members to ensure successful prototype results. Create technical manuals and detailed drawing packages for equipment. Work hands on with new equipment construction and be familiar with tools.

  • Hands on or working knowledge of machining and/or fabrication practices
  • Knowledge of ANSI Geometric Tolerance Dimensioning
  • Knowledge of material strengths and engineering applications to assure compliance to requirements
  • Knowledge of practices followed in the preparation of engineering structural and mechanical plans
  • Ability to create efficient designs to meet program cost and schedule requirements

  • High School, Trade School, On-the-job training during current or past position, work experience, special training

Project Engineer - Warner Robins, GA (Full-Time)

General Summary

Responsible for performing engineering projects for one or more of the following: Aircraft Systems, Aircraft Structures, Engine and Propeller, Landing Gear, Aircraft MRO Activities, and Material & Processing R&D. Demonstrate the ability to apply aircraft engineering principles and related disciplines to problem solving applications in a team-oriented work environment; the ability to quickly develop a working knowledge of design allowable and structural modeling as it relates to Aircraft Structures, Landing Gear Systems, Engine and propeller systems; perform review of detailed manufacturing plans, drawings and qualification test plans; conduct mechanical testing, chemical and environmental analysis for M&P development; work in a team environment and have excellent communication skills. Network and Computer Systems Administrator - Clearfield, UT (Full-Time)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The Network and Computer Systems Administrator position at ES3 offers an exciting opportunity to master a wide variety of computer, network, and system administration skills. Maintaining the ES3 Support Help Desk allows for skill development in Windows domain administration, Unix/Linux server administration, Windows and Mac operating systems, Cisco network router and firewall administration, database administration, as well as a wide variety of hardware issue repair and troubleshooting. A qualified applicant will be willing and able to support all aspects of IT at all ES3 locations.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of Cisco switches, routers, and ASA firewall devices, including Cisco IOS and Cisco VPN.
  • Demonstrate a minimum of an intermediate skill level working administrating Linux OS (particularly Cent OS and Ubuntu)
  • Demonstrate a minimum of an intermediate skill level administrating Windows Servers and Windows desktop OS
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of Mac OS X

Aircraft Maintenance - Clearfield, UT (Full-Time)

ES3 is looking for Mechanics experienced in Aircraft Structural Repairs. Our initial focus will be on F-16 Aircraft Repair and F-16 Wing Overhaul. We will perform Wing Overhaul work in our Clearfield, Utah facility. We also anticipate sending field teams world-wide to work on Aircraft. The Mechanics could be dedicated to the In-House Overhaul or the Field Team Work or a combination of both. Mechanics that choose to only perform Field Team Work would be able to travel from wherever they currently reside to the work site.

ES3 is not currently hiring Mechanics at this time. We are only trying to locate a pool of potential applicants.
